Family interest surveys

Our optional family survey collects the information you choose to share about your family, care needs, preferences and future arrangements. Required fields are identified on the form. Authorised foundation administrators use responses for project planning and contact you by phone only when you give permission. Survey participation creates no financial or legal commitment.

If you choose “Remember my progress”, unfinished answers are stored in this browser for up to seven days, or until you submit or clear them. Use this option only on a personal device. Submitted responses remain available to authorised administrators until deleted. Contact the foundation using the details below to request a correction or deletion. Limited security records and protected backups may persist according to service retention settings.

Contributions

UPI contributions are completed in the payment app you choose. Its privacy terms and payment confirmation apply. Contact Manaswa Foundation if you need help with a contribution.

Visiting and contacting us

The location map is provided by Google Maps and may receive technical information such as your IP address when it loads. Phone links open your device’s calling app. Information you share directly with the foundation is used to respond to your enquiry.

Stories and images

Personal stories and participant photographs are published only after review and permission. To ask about a story, request a correction, or withdraw permission, please contact the foundation.

Administrator access

Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie. Content changes are recorded to help protect the integrity of the website. Routine service logs help us detect faults and protect access.
